Actress, Nana Ama Mcbrown has said that unlike some of her colleagues who have veered into partisan politics and campaigned for political parties and individuals, she will never follow that trend.
According to the talented actress, she has been approached by politicians to do active politics but she rejected the offer because it is not something she wants to do.
Nana Ama explained to fellow actress Yvonne Okoro on the latter television show ‘Cooks and Braggarts” last Saturday that what she gets as an actress and what is ahead of her, is far bigger than what any political party can offer her.
Taking a cue from what has befallen other entertainers whose carrer dipped simple because they jumped into politics which is described as dirty especially in Africa, Nana Ama said venturing into politics is the last thing she will want to do as it is no priority to her.
But her fellow actor, Kweku Manu was against Nana Ama’s position. According to the comic actor, he will offer himself if the opportunity comes and what is being offered is good.
It was on the same show she confirmed rumour that she is expecting twin babies.
